If you have any quality problem and product was bought from online store, please contact with the store for change or repair. If the product was bought from offline store, please contact with our regional agent to handle it.


Warranty Term

Sicom company provides 1 year warranty for its products. Sicom warrants that its products will be free of defects in material or workmanship for the specific warranty period from the date of manufacture under normal use and service. This warranty does not cover misused, altered, neglected, carelessly handled products, or products used for any unintended purposes. Sicom will repair or replace, at its option, any product found defective during the warranty period. Warranty repairs are completed at no charge for parts or labor and F.O.B. the factory shipping dock. Sicom’s sole obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of the device defect. The software problem can be solved by update software in customer’s side. And this statement is not intended for users who do not directly purchase products from us. Such users should check with the seller for any warranty service.


Sicom shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, or any other costs which may occur from the purchase or use of this product. No other warranty (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) is expressly made or implied. Some states do not allow limitations or exclusions on implied warranties, and in those states, the above limitations of an implied warrant may not apply.

Contact Sicom’s customer service department to obtain a RMA number before returning any goods covered by this warranty. This warranty provides specific legal rights and other applicable rights in some states.

1. Q: How could I get samples? 

    A: We can provide samples if you have a Fedex or DHL account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight. Or you send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T. 


2. Q: How much the courier freight will be for the samples?      

A: Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area. 


3. Q: How can I get your price list?      

A: Please send us your email or fax for our price list and order information. 


4. Q: Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?       

A: Yes, you can. We can print your Logo and company name etc in our products by silk screen 

printing according to your artwork design, 

and the minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 1000 units per logo. You can send us the 

artwork by email in JPG, TIF, AI, EPS, TIFF or 

CorelDraw formats.  


5. Q: What's your usual payment term for orders?      

 A: We accept terms of T/T in advance or western union.      We can't accept payment by credit card.    


6. Q: How can we sell a model exclusively in my market?     

 A: If you can sell a model for 3000pcs per month, we can keep exclusive sale by your company.   


7. Q: How can we become your exclusive distributor?       

A: If you can sell our products USD20,000 to USD50,000 per month, you could be one of our distributor in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD50,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.   


8. Q: If I am retailer or only can place small quantity, what to do?
